Common questions
A drama isn't playing or stopped halfway through
Streaming URLs come from upstream providers and occasionally expire or get rotated. Try these in order:
- Force-close the app and reopen the episode.
- Switch language preference (Settings → Language) and try again — some titles are mirrored across languages.
- If it still fails, email us the drama title, episode number, and a screenshot of the error.
I pasted an X post and the clip won't save
The X clip saver only works on public X posts that contain video. It will not work on:
- Posts from private (locked) accounts.
- Posts behind X's age-restricted / sensitive-content gate.
- Posts that have been deleted, hidden by the author, or removed by X.
- Posts that contain only images, GIF stickers, or external links.
If you get a generic error on a post that does appear to be public, send us the post URL and we'll look at the log.
I can't sign in
Sign-in uses Google. If sign-in fails:
- Confirm you are signed into a Google account on the device.
- Update Google Play Services if your device prompts you to.
- Try a different network — corporate Wi-Fi sometimes blocks Firebase Authentication endpoints.
- If it still fails, email us the exact error text from the screen.

I want to report copyrighted content
Send a takedown notice to support@clipdrama.id following the checklist in section 7 of the Terms of Service.

Access, correction, deletion and portability requests under UU PDP all go to support@clipdrama.id. Send your request from the email address associated with your account. We respond within 30 calendar days. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
